Huawei has officially released the inaugural Long-Term Support (LTS) version 1.0.0 of its proprietary Cangjie programming language, compatible with Windows, macOS, and Linux platforms. Tailored for the development of intelligent applications across diverse scenarios, Cangjie boasts native intelligence, comprehensive scenario coverage, high performance, and robust security. The language integrates modern programming features, compilation optimizations, runtime implementations, and an intelligent Agent framework, along with a comprehensive Integrated Development Environment (IDE) toolchain. Huawei aims to open source the core components of Cangjie on July 30, 2025.
