Gree Titan clarified that this action stemmed from an illegal guarantee made by the previous actual controller, Wei Yincang. Fang Xiangjian, the vice president of Gree Titan, further elaborated that the company is actively pursuing reforms, concentrating on core businesses, optimizing its personnel structure, and plans to bolster the growth of Gree Electric Appliances' core auto parts business in the future.
