Recently, the safety of power banks has garnered significant societal concern. In response, the Civil Aviation Administration of China has issued an urgent notice stating that, effective June 28, passengers are prohibited from carrying power banks on domestic flights that lack a 3C mark, have an illegible 3C mark, or have been subject to a recall. Prior to this, Anker Innovations had announced a voluntary recall of certain batches of basic mobile power supplies due to potential safety hazards. This measure aims to bolster aviation safety while fostering industry-wide quality enhancements.
