The National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC) has announced that the earthquake recovery and reconstruction efforts in Dingri, Tibet, are progressing smoothly. It is committed to ensuring that all affected residents are able to move into repaired or newly constructed homes by the end of this year. Additionally, critical public service facilities, including hospitals and schools, along with essential infrastructure like transportation networks and water conservancy systems, will also be fully restored by the end of the year.
