Shandong Province has officially unveiled the "Action Plan for High-Quality Development of the Robotics Industry," setting ambitious goals to propel the province's robotics manufacturing sector to surpass 50 billion yuan in scale by 2027. This plan envisages fostering at least three leading enterprises, each with output values exceeding 2 billion yuan. It aims to construct a comprehensive innovation ecosystem encompassing industrial, service, specialized, and humanoid robots, fostering the evolution of robot products towards embodied intelligent operation modes, and expanding their mid-to-high-end application scenarios. Across diverse fields such as equipment manufacturing, smart home appliances, smart agriculture, medical healthcare, safety and emergency response, police operations, smart mines, cultural tourism, and education, the plan intends to establish numerous exemplary application cases. This comprehensive strategy seeks to elevate Shandong's robotics industry in terms of technological innovation capabilities and quality-efficiency, thereby creating a new national hub for robotics research, development, manufacturing, and application.
