The Hangzhou Housing Provident Fund Management Center has introduced an innovative service. For employees who contribute to the fund, the housing provident fund can now be utilized directly to pay the down payment on newly constructed commercial properties. This service also supports online processing for added convenience. Additionally, the online processing functionality for second-hand homes is currently in development and is anticipated to be rolled out shortly.
