Recently, a user vented their frustration on social media, labeling Windows 11 a "complete catastrophe." Expressing mounting dissatisfaction with Microsoft's operating systems since Windows 8, the user cited issues with Windows 11 as the reason for their switch to the Linux distribution Fedora over a year ago, vowing never to return. In response, Brandon LeBlanc, the head of the Microsoft Windows Insider program, expressed regret over the user's departure and pledged to work towards regaining their trust. The user enumerated several concerns with Windows 11, including privacy worries, a bloated system, sluggish performance, frequent bugs, and shortcomings in both user interface and user experience. Despite these challenges, Microsoft remains committed to enhancing Windows 11 and has already rolled out several updates based on user feedback, such as moving Control Panel features to the Settings page and introducing a redesigned Start menu.
