Apple has launched a dedicated service program to address the "no power" issue affecting certain 2023 M2 Mac mini models. These devices were manufactured between June 16, 2023, and November 23, 2024. To determine eligibility, users can check their serial number and avail of free repairs. Repairs can be conducted at either Apple Authorized Service Providers or Apple retail stores, provided any other damages that might impede the repair process are addressed beforehand. This program is valid for three years from the original date of sale, applies only to the country or region of purchase, and does not alter the standard warranty or consumer rights.
