On June 7, London time, during the inaugural race of the Gran Turismo World Series 2025, Japanese video game developer Polyphony Digital announced a strategic collaboration with Xiaomi. As part of this partnership, their racing game Gran Turismo 7 (also known as Gran Turismo: The Real Driving Simulator 7) will now feature Xiaomi's high-performance smart electric vehicle, the SU7 Ultra. This marks the SU7 Ultra as the first Chinese model to be included in the game series' history. Lei Jun, the founder of Xiaomi, remarked that the Chinese automotive industry has witnessed rapid growth over the past decade and predicted that more Chinese iconic models will grace the international stage in the future. The SU7 Ultra production model boasts dimensions of 5070×1970×1465mm, a wheelbase of 3000mm, and is equipped with Xiaomi's advanced Super Triple Motor System. With a maximum horsepower output of 1548PS, it achieves a breathtaking 0-100km/h acceleration time of 1.98 seconds and reaches a top speed of 350km/h, showcasing its remarkable performance capabilities.
