On June 4, 2025, Hunan Tianyan announced that its indirect controlling shareholder, the China South Industries Group Corporation, had received official notification from the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission (SASAC) of the State Council. With the approval of the State Council, China South Industries Group Corporation will undergo a restructuring process. Notably, the automobile business segment will be spun off into a newly established independent central enterprise, with SASAC assuming the role of investor. Concurrently, the equity of the newly separated entity will be injected into China North Industries Group Corporation Limited. As a result of this reorganization, Hunan Tianyan's indirect controlling shareholder will shift to this newly formed central enterprise focused on the automobile business, while the actual controller of Hunan Tianyan will remain unchanged. China South Industries Group Corporation assured that this separation and reorganization will not have a material impact on the company's ongoing production and operational activities.
