Lixin Energy has unveiled plans for its fully-owned subsidiaries, Lixin Hetian, Lixin Minfeng, and Lixin Pishan, to embark on three separate energy storage projects, each with an estimated investment of RMB 1.25 billion. These projects encompass a 100MW/400MWh facility in Hetian City, a 200MW/800MWh facility in Minfeng County, and a Phase II 200MW/800MWh facility in Pishan County. All projects are scheduled for completion within a 12-month timeframe, with funding sourced from both the company's internal resources and bank loans. These initiatives align seamlessly with Lixin Energy's strategic objectives and mark a significant step towards deeper exploration of the large-scale energy storage market. It should be noted, however, that these projects are anticipated to have a minimal immediate impact on current profits, with future earnings subject to various uncertainties and potential risks.
