International Group has announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, International Pharmaceutical, has successfully acquired 100% equity of Zhejiang Huatong Pharmaceutical Group for a capital expenditure of RMB 369 million. A transaction contract has been signed with Zhejiang Nongfeng Chemical Co., Ltd. However, the deal is still pending approval from China's anti-monopoly regulatory bodies. Upon completion of the transaction, Huatong Pharmaceutical will be integrated into International Group, bolstering the company's market share in Zhejiang's pharmaceutical wholesale and retail sector.
