On May 13, Panasonic is anticipated to introduce two new cameras and a lens to its lineup. According to reports, the star attractions will be the Lumix S1 Mark II and its video-centric sibling, the S1 Mark IIx. Furthermore, Panasonic will also unveil a novel lens featuring a focal length range of 24-60mm and an aperture of either f/2.8 or f/2.0. The Lumix S1 Mark II boasts a 24-megapixel stacked sensor, enabling burst shooting at up to 50 frames per second, and the ability to record uncropped 4K video at 60fps. Notably, the S1H Mark II, a version without an electronic viewfinder, or a portable L-mount cinema camera, are not expected to be part of this release.
