At the WTO meeting, China lodged a challenge against the United States' anti-subsidy investigation into crystalline photovoltaic cells, accusing Washington of exceeding its jurisdiction and breaching WTO regulations. Recently, the US Department of Commerce issued a final ruling imposing steep anti-subsidy duties on photovoltaic products originating from Cambodia, Malaysia, Thailand, and Vietnam. Notably, Cambodian products faced the highest tariff rate of 3403.96%.
