Lens Technology and Zhiyuan Robotics have formed a strategic alliance to establish Hunan Zhiqi Weilai Technology Co., Ltd., a venture dedicated to the holistic integration of humanoid robots, functional module innovation, and scenario-specific solutions. By merging Lens's expertise in precision manufacturing with Zhiyuan's prowess in AI algorithms, the new entity aims to pioneer the development of crucial technologies and core components, encompassing robotic heads, arm assemblies, and dexterous hands. The ultimate goal is to establish a preeminent embodied intelligent hardware manufacturing platform within China. Since its inception in 2024, Lens has supplied Zhiyuan with hundreds of humanoid robots, and this year, the scope and scale of complete robot assemblies have witnessed remarkable growth, with individual robot values spanning from 50,000 to 300,000 yuan.
