Jiujiang Tinci, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Tinci Materials, has entered into a Long-Term Supply Agreement with EVE Energy. Under the agreement, Tinci will supply an estimated 450,000 tons of electrolyte products to EVE Energy from 2027 to 2029. The specific procurement volume, unit price, and quality standards shall be subject to purchase orders confirmed by both parties. The agreement will remain in effect until December 31, 2029.
