Wuhan Tianyuan, acting as the consortium lead, alongside a consortium formed by two other companies, recently signed an integrated equipment and installation contract with Lingwu Huaxin Comprehensive Energy Service Co., Ltd. for the Lingwu City 1000MW/4000MWh centralized shared energy storage project, totaling RMB 3.64 billion. The project is located in Baitu Gang Township, Lingwu City, Ningxia, and involves the construction of a 1000MW/4000MWh energy storage power station and a supporting 330kV booster station. The planned construction period runs from November 1, 2026, to April 30, 2027. This contract signing will not have a significant impact on the company's operating performance for 2026. However, if performed smoothly, it is expected to positively affect the company's future financial condition and operating results.
