A fire broke out on the east side heat transfer oil pipe rack of Plant Building No. 2, currently under construction at Inner Mongolia Fulin Times, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Jiangxi Shenghua, which is itself a controlled subsidiary of Fulin Precision. The blaze was triggered by a heat transfer oil leak. There were no casualties, no explosions, and no risk of cascading incidents, and the fire has been extinguished. The project is still in the construction and commissioning phase and has not yet commenced official production. The damage was confined to an independent outdoor pipe rack pipeline and did not affect the core equipment of the main production line. The company has drawn up a dedicated repair plan, and the accident is not expected to have a material adverse impact on project construction or capacity planning.
