On October 15, it was reported that the integrated project of wind, solar, hydrogen storage, ammonia, and methanol at Liaoyuan Tianying, a subsidiary of China Tianying, has fully entered the trial production stage. As a landmark project in Jilin's "green hydrogen+" industry, it has successfully established a complete closed-loop industrial chain of "wind and solar—green hydrogen—green methanol," covering multiple sectors such as green electricity, hydrogen production, and methanol production. Subsequent construction of the project's second phase will be accelerated. Additionally, China Tianying has signed the world's first supply agreement for electro-methanol with an international energy giant and plans to achieve electro-methanol production capacity compliant with EU certification standards by 2026, aiming for a supply scale of one million tons by 2030.
