Lopal Tech has announced that its second-tier holding subsidiary, Nanjing Lithium Source, has entered into a strategic cooperation framework agreement with Zhejiang Jiyao Tongxing Energy Technology. According to the agreement, from 2026 to 2030, Nanjing Lithium Source is set to supply Jiyao Tongxing with 378,600 to 567,800 metric tons of lithium iron phosphate cathode materials. The specific sales volumes will hinge on the orders received, and the unit prices will be adjusted on a monthly basis to reflect fluctuations in raw material costs. It's worth noting that this transaction neither qualifies as a related-party transaction nor as a major asset restructuring, and thus, does not necessitate approval from the board of directors or a shareholders' meeting. Lopal Tech has expressed that this agreement will facilitate the establishment of enduring and stable cooperative ties with downstream enterprises, bolster its competitive edge in the new energy battery materials sector, and, if executed successfully, will exert a positive influence on the company's future financial performance.
