Baili Tianheng's self-developed injectable drug, T-Bren (an HER2 ADC), when used in conjunction with pertuzumab, has successfully enrolled its first subject in a Phase III randomized controlled clinical trial. This trial aims to compare the efficacy of T-Bren combined with pertuzumab against the standard regimen of docetaxel, carboplatin, trastuzumab, and pertuzumab in the neoadjuvant treatment of HER2-positive breast cancer. At present, T-Bren is actively involved in 20 clinical trials, both within China and internationally, exploring its potential across a range of tumor types.
