DP·DP has officially declared its intention to acquire no less than a 51% stake in Shandong Hidi New Energy Technology Co., Ltd., utilizing cash transactions. The deal's total value will not surpass 275 million yuan and is anticipated to be classified as a significant asset restructuring event. Hidi New Energy specializes in lithium battery power systems and energy storage solutions, with a firm commitment to attaining a cumulative net profit of at least 170 million yuan within the forthcoming three-year period. Following the successful completion of this transaction, Hidi New Energy is set to become a majority-controlled subsidiary of DP·DP. This strategic move will broaden the application scope of DP·DP's current energy storage offerings (notably, portable energy storage products), facilitating the company's entry into burgeoning market sectors, including industrial and commercial energy storage.
