This innovation bridges a critical technological divide within the nation. The system has successfully tackled several core technological challenges, dismantling foreign technical barriers and price monopolies, and has achieved localization as a viable alternative. It has already secured a Class II medical device license, paving the way for its market introduction.
This milestone signifies China's transition of clinical mass spectrometry detection equipment from being confined to laboratories to becoming a staple in routine clinical practice. Presently, the system is deployed for the precise quantitative analysis of clinical specimens.
