On September 9, the Information Office of the Dalian Municipal Government made an announcement that the 2026 Tenth National Underwater Robot Competition is scheduled to be held in Dalian from September 17 to 20. This event, jointly organized by the Dalian Municipal People's Government and Pengcheng Laboratory, carries the theme of "Fostering Oceanic Aspirations, Guided by Intelligence". The competition creatively adopts a "1 + N" competition model. Here, "1" signifies the main event, which centers around core technology contests, while "N" encompasses a range of auxiliary activities, such as the Underwater Robot and Marine Equipment Exhibition.
