This new entity's scope of business encompasses the research and development (R&D) and manufacturing of rocket launch equipment, control systems, and engines. Additionally, it offers technical services tailored for civil space launches. The parent company, Beijing Arrow Yuan Technology Co., Ltd., was established in 2019. It holds the distinction of being the first private enterprise in China to successfully develop a fully reusable medium-to-large launch vehicle, leveraging the innovative 'stainless steel rocket body + liquid oxygen methane' solution.
