According to a research report from CITIC Construction Investment, on August 25, SpaceX declared its ambitious plan to invest a staggering $100 billion in constructing the world's largest launch site in Vermilion Parish, Louisiana, USA. This cutting-edge facility is set to feature over ten launch towers, facilitating more than 30 Starship flights daily and potentially thousands of launches each year. Construction is slated to begin in 2027, with the inaugural flight anticipated as early as 2029. In parallel, China is also gearing up to launch several commercial space rockets.

A confluence of favorable factors is propelling short-term gains in the defense sector, which currently finds itself at a dual bottom in terms of both earnings growth and capital allocation. Both domestic and international catalysts are expected to keep surfacing, injecting fresh momentum into the sector's expansion. Given the steady stream of catalysts in emerging fields and high-quality segments, it is advisable to capitalize on structural rebound opportunities while patiently awaiting the next growth cycle.
