Bezos' Companies Poach Talent from Each Other: Blue Origin Recruits 47 Amazon Engineers for Satellite Network Development

On September 3, Bloomberg reported that Jeff Bezos' Blue Origin is developing its own satellite network, with some of the staff assisting in this effort coming from another of Bezos' ventures—Amazon. According to these employees' LinkedIn profiles, Blue Origin has poached at least 47 senior employees from Amazon's Leo satellite project over the past year. An analysis of these employees' online posts reveals that many are now working on Blue Origin's newly established satellite communications project, TeraWave.
