On September 2, it was reported that from August 24 to 26, Liu Xinyan, the Secretary of the Party Committee at the Equipment Industry Development Center of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, headed a delegation to Fuzhou and Ningde in Fujian Province. The purpose of this visit was to carry out specialized research on the progress of the electric ship industry. Throughout their trip, the research team toured pivotal enterprises within the industrial chain, acquiring an in-depth grasp of the most recent advancements in electric ships. Their focus spanned across several key areas: technological research and development, final assembly and construction processes, demonstration applications, and the overall construction of the industrial ecosystem. Looking ahead, the center, guided by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, intends to enhance its collaborative efforts with entities such as the Fujian Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology. This partnership aims to collectively foster the high-quality development of the electric ship industry.
