Xinghui Zhongyue is at the forefront of developing closed-loop rehabilitation systems that seamlessly integrate non-invasive brain-computer interfaces with functional electrical stimulation (FES). These systems are specifically designed to offer personalized, active rehabilitation solutions for patients suffering from post-stroke hemiplegia and upper limb motor impairments. By utilizing a non-invasive headband, the system effectively collects EEG signals, accurately identifies the patient's movement intentions, and subsequently triggers electrical stimulation devices. This process establishes a comprehensive pathway from brain intention to limb movement, effectively activating neuroplasticity and fostering active rehabilitation.
