In response, the two individuals involved have clarified that they merely kept their resignation documentation to assist newly hired OpenAI staff in adhering to security guidelines. OpenAI, for its part, contends that Apple's claims are devoid of substantial evidence. The court has set an October 1st hearing to deliberate on the motion for dismissal.
