Fulin Precision Machinery has made public that during the inaugural session of its sixth board of directors, the decision was ratified to discontinue the investment partnership in a 175,000-ton lithium iron phosphate venture situated in Mianzhu City. This venture was a collaborative effort between its principal subsidiary, Jiangxi Shenghua, and Deyang Chuanfalongmang, with the parties now set to ink a termination accord. The cessation of cooperation stems from the failure to establish the joint venture entity, coupled with the partnership's inability to align with the project's progression requirements concerning execution strategies. Jiangxi Shenghua will now shoulder the responsibility and propel the ensuing construction endeavors. Presently, the company's annual 350,000-ton lithium iron phosphate project has initiated production, with the construction and commissioning of the production line advancing in accordance with the predetermined schedule.
