Beijing ChuanYueZhe Manned Spaceflight Technology Co., Ltd. has successfully finalized its Pre-A+ round of financing. The roster of investors includes prominent names such as Sichuan Guojing, Jinda Capital, Zhongtian Huifu, and Qifu Capital. Notably, Zhongtian Huifu has demonstrated its strong confidence in the venture by participating in three successive rounds of follow-on investments. Similarly, Qifu Capital has reinforced its commitment with two rounds of additional investments. The capital raised will be strategically allocated towards pivotal technology research and flight tests for the ChuanYueZhe No.1 suborbital manned spacecraft. Furthermore, it will propel the preliminary technical research of the ChuanYueJian orbital-class two-stage reusable spacecraft, thereby expediting the industrialization trajectory of China's commercial manned spaceflight sector.
