This factory initiated its operations on October 28, 2025, signifying Xiaomi's inaugural foray into self-constructed smart appliance manufacturing and its third smart production hub. Since its public opening on March 18, 2026, the factory has been a magnet for international visitors, drawing 354 guests from 13 different countries.
Leveraging Xiaomi's proprietary platform and AI-powered visual inspection technology, the factory boasts an impressive production rate, churning out one high-end air conditioner every 6.5 seconds. Moreover, it achieves flawless accuracy in detecting critical components, ensuring 100% precision. The factory is outfitted with six core sub-factories dedicated to air conditioner production, along with other essential facilities, facilitating seamless integration across research, production, supply, and logistics operations.
