This year marks a significant milestone as overseas orders for China-made industrial-grade metal 3D printing equipment have, for the first time, outstripped domestic orders. Related companies report that nearly 60% of their orders now originate from overseas markets. Moreover, these domestically produced devices boast shorter delivery cycles compared to their foreign counterparts. In the first half of 2026, exports of such equipment experienced a remarkable 76% year-on-year growth, with Europe and Southeast Asia accounting for a substantial 87% of the total export value.
