Unitree Robotics has revealed its intention to launch an initial public offering (IPO) of shares and seek listing on the STAR Market. This share issuance will employ a hybrid approach, incorporating strategic placement, offline, and online distribution methods. The company aims to issue 40,446,434 shares publicly, representing 10% of its total share capital post-issuance. Consequently, the total share capital after the issuance will amount to 404,464,340 shares. The preliminary inquiry is slated for August 5, 2026, while the online and offline subscription dates are scheduled for August 10, 2026. Notably, Unitree Robotics has instituted a special voting rights mechanism, with the actual controller, Wang Xingxing, wielding a significant 68.78% of the company's voting rights.
