On July 22, a team of scholars, including Li Yaowen and Chen Xiankai from Soochow University, in conjunction with Zhang Tiankai from Southeast University, unveiled their groundbreaking research findings in an online publication in the esteemed journal Nature. They have introduced an innovative 'electronic resonance' strategy that significantly tackles the challenges of low efficiency and instability that have long plagued flexible perovskite photovoltaic cells. These cells are renowned for their lightweight construction, ultra-thin profile, and exceptional flexibility, rendering them ideal for a diverse array of applications. Third-party verification has confirmed that these cells boast an impressive photoelectric conversion efficiency of up to 26.64%. Moreover, after enduring 1,080 hours of operation at the maximum power point under elevated temperatures, the cells' efficiency remains remarkably stable, retaining over 99% of their initial value. Additionally, they have successfully passed multiple rigorous stability tests that adhere to international standards.
