By harnessing the power of the International Satellite Data Trading Service Platform, the Smart Launch Service System for Commercial Space Launch Sites (Phase II), the Third-Party Intelligent Testing Service Center for Low-Orbit Satellites, and the Project to Bolster Remote Sensing and Mapping Application Service Capabilities, the plan is designed to propel the commercial aerospace sector's evolution from hardware manufacturing to high-value-added operational services. This initiative aims to fine-tune an all-encompassing commercial aerospace industrial ecosystem that integrates 'launch + services + manufacturing + applications,' thereby enhancing Hainan's service prowess in the global aerospace and TT&C (Tracking, Telemetry, and Command) support domains.
