On July 6, the press conference for the 2026 World Robot Conference revealed that from January to May this year, the operating income of China’s robot enterprises above designated size surpassed 90 billion yuan, marking a year-on-year increase of 26.9%. Over the past five years, the average annual growth rate has exceeded 20%. China has maintained its position as the world’s largest industrial robot market for 13 consecutive years, with the market share of domestically produced industrial robots with independent brands exceeding 50%.
