The new shareholders include Zhiyuan Innovation (Shanghai) Technology Co., Ltd., an affiliate of Zhiyuan Robot, and Fujian Shidai Zeyuan Equity Investment Fund Partnership Enterprise (Limited Partnership), in which Contemporary Amperex Technology Co. Limited (CATL) has participated in the investment. The registered capital has increased to approximately 5.255 million RMB.
