SpaceX is set to raise a staggering $75 billion through its Initial Public Offering (IPO), with a notable 30% of the shares earmarked for individual investors. Despite the recent downturn in tech stocks on the U.S. stock market, a significant number of people still perceive this as a golden investment opportunity and are eagerly rushing to invest, thereby fueling market enthusiasm to unprecedented heights. In light of this, securities firms have taken proactive steps to curb traders from placing duplicate orders across various platforms. Based on the fundraising target, it is projected that Japanese investors will contribute roughly 3% of the total funds raised, representing an even larger share of the individual subscription portion. While institutional investors are also eligible to apply, Japanese domestic stock fund managers are barred from investing in overseas stocks due to regulatory constraints. Consequently, the lion's share of the shares will be allocated to retail investors.
