Guo Fangming, the Director of the Economic Construction Department at the Ministry of Finance, has revealed that the Ministry will orchestrate the allocation of various funds, including subsidies for urban affordable housing initiatives, special local government bonds, central budgetary allocations, and ultra-long-term special treasury bond funds, all aimed at bolstering urban renewal efforts. Throughout the '15th Five-Year Plan' period, the central government's financial commitment will remain steadfast, with a focus on refining policy frameworks to maximize the efficacy of fund usage. Additionally, tax support measures will be instituted to ensure that qualified entities involved in urban renewal can fully leverage existing tax incentives.
