According to insiders on Tuesday, Musk's 'Starlink' and Amazon's low-Earth orbit satellite business are expected to secure a portion of Europe's mobile satellite spectrum next year. However, two-thirds of the spectrum will be reserved for European companies to ensure seamless communication for mobile devices and vehicles in remote areas.
