Billionaire Musk's Space Exploration Technologies Corp. (SpaceX) has secretly filed an IPO application, aiming to raise over $75 billion, surpassing the previous estimate of $50 billion. The company's latest valuation may exceed $1.75 trillion, with a target to go public by June 2026. The IPO proceeds will primarily support the development of the Starship rocket, the establishment of a space-based AI data center network in orbit, and lunar base projects. Bank of America, Goldman Sachs, JPMorgan Chase, and Morgan Stanley will serve as the lead underwriters.
