The plan outlines specific targets for the year 2028. It envisions the continuous emergence of novel IoT technologies, products, and business models, along with breakthroughs in pivotal technologies. There will be marked enhancements in the intelligence levels of both terminals and platforms. Furthermore, the plan aims to develop and revise over 50 standards, cultivate 10 application areas with hundreds of millions of connections, and 15 areas with tens of millions of connections. Ultimately, the goal is to achieve tens of billions of IoT terminal connections, with the core industry scale exceeding RMB 3.5 trillion.
