Zheng Heng has stepped down from his positions as legal representative and chairman, with Wang Ke assuming these roles. Concurrently, there have been shifts among several of the company's senior executives. Established in October 2022, Yinpai Battery Technology boasts a registered capital of around 2.08 billion yuan. Its operational scope encompasses the production of battery components, sales of capacitors and auxiliary equipment, recycling of renewable resources, distribution of mechanical equipment, battery fabrication, as well as the recycling and cascading utilization (a term referring to the practice of repurposing used batteries for less demanding applications, such as energy storage systems after their initial use in electric vehicles) of spent power batteries from new energy vehicles. Shareholder details disclose that the company is a joint venture between GAC Aion New Energy Automobile Co., Ltd. and Youpai Energy Technology (Guangzhou) Co., Ltd.
