Recently, Google unveiled a significant update, granting mobile developers on the Google Play Store the freedom to opt between utilizing the Google Play billing system or alternative payment methods, all while doing away with the 5% regional rate. Concurrently, Google has overhauled its billing fee policy, cutting the commission rate for in-app purchase services from 30% down to 20%. Moreover, developers who are part of the 'App Experience' program are entitled to an even lower rate, with the commission dropping to 15%.
