Meanwhile, the city will strengthen the dominant role of enterprises in innovation, implement a plan to double the number of leading science and technology enterprises, introduce policies to support the full lifecycle development of science and technology innovation enterprises, and build Guangzhou into a 'hub for innovative development of small and medium-sized enterprises.'
