On February 24, data from Qichacha showed that the second instance judgment was delivered in the dispute case where Luweimei sued Unitree Robotics for patent infringement. The Supreme People's Court dismissed all of Luweimei's claims, upheld the first-instance judgment, and ruled that the accused product of Unitree Robotics did not fall within the scope of the patent protection involved and did not constitute infringement.
