Recently, Anhui Mojia Zhichuang Robot Technology Co., Ltd. completed its industrial and commercial registration changes, with new shareholders including Bethel Automotive Safety Systems Co., Ltd., Fuchun Textile Printing and Dyeing Co., Ltd., and Zhiyuan Innovation (Shanghai) Technology Co., Ltd., an affiliated company of Zhiyuan Robot. The registered capital has increased to approximately 104 million yuan. Founded in January 2025, the company focuses on the research and development, sales, and manufacturing of industrial robots for intelligent robots, and is now jointly held by Chery Automobile and the aforementioned new shareholders.
