According to Xinhua News Agency, on January 21st, the "Jiaozi" manned submersible for underwater sightseeing, which was independently developed by Chongqing Kunlian Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd., successfully completed a critical pre-delivery test at Shuanglong Lake in Wushan, Chongqing. This submersible has a capacity for four passengers and is outfitted with an automatic obstacle avoidance system and a safe surfacing mechanism. These features enable regular tourists to enjoy underwater sightseeing adventures without the need for specialized training. The submersible can reach an optimal depth of around 20 meters. Presently, the "Jiaozi" submersible has been introduced to more than ten scenic locations, encompassing Chongqing, Sanya in Hainan Province, and Bali in Indonesia. It has also garnered nearly a hundred orders from Indonesia, with a cumulative value of approximately 100 million yuan.
